What’s wrong with The Dark Half? I assume you never saw the movie. Are you a SK fan? I still have not read Divine Conspiracy…but I know I probably should. What’s the draw w/ Calamity Physics? I saw it in the bookstore a few months ago, almost got it, but got Water For Elephants instead.

Used to be a Stephen King fan, and still am in most regards. But Dark Half had some unnatural hold on me – didn’t care for it, story stunk, movie was bad because I don’t like Timothy Hutton. But I could not put it down – didn’t care, still had to read, and didn’t like the way it made me feel. That’s all.
None of that with Divine Conspiracy, though.

Thanks, Maryann – don’t think we’re going to be able to make it, but I’ve been keeping up on alot of what’s going on up there. Good stuff.
